    "Time consuming problems, but see pros"

    Pros

    Amazon is amazing in their kind support

    Cons

    Did not work well initially, time consuming to reorganize,but after that was done all ok.
    The search function of Amazon for the books could be really be better,but I understand they are working at it.
    Some kind of PDF search for combined [bought ] books would be very helpful

    Summary

    After all, Amazon is the most friendly "giant" not comparable with MAC for example which does not earn more then a one for their service.

    Why already downloaded books every now and then have to be removed and downloaded again stays a mystery, also after chatting with Amazon[whose service I HIGHLY appreciate]
    About the miserable search function I wrote already and will do so until Amazon realizes that this is the worst part.
    Again Amazon is one unique organization in its service and therefore one can always look forward for improvements.
