    "Horrible Customer Service"

    Good when it worked.

    Cons

    Service was unavailable for many months. Messages would not come through. Numerous e-mails did nothing and I had already paid for a year. When the year was up, suddenly the service is no longer "jammed" and e-mails come through, AND I get charged another 30 bucks!
