From Keybreeze Group :Keybreeze is a program launcher that sits in the bottom right corner of your screen. It's a small toolbar that's only visible when you are using it. With it, you can open files, folders, programs, and web sites in three steps. Press a hotkey on your keyboard to activate Keybreeze, type a keyword, and press Enter. Keybreeze comes with over a hundred preset keywords, and you can easily make your own. This program also supports commands that let you search the internet, look up a word in a dictionary, check the weather, activate the screensaver, or shut down your computer. You can also configure Keybreeze to perform more advanced options, such as automating your repetitive computer tasks, inserting custom text into any text field, or changing the display settings of windows.
With version 2, you can make keywords that open multiple targets.

Version: Keybreeze Basic 2
Pros: This is one of the best launcher utilities I have used. The semicolon hotkey is the fastest way to activate the toolbar, and the amount of features in this program is unbelievable. You can open anything in a second, and you can customize everything in the program.
Cons: The sticky notes are a great feature addition in this program, but you can only use them in the Pro version.
