KeyText is a keyboard macro program that supports hot keys, multiple clipboards, a random-quote feature, and a keypad. KeyText can also click buttons, run programs, display messages, go to Internet URLs, and so on. Schedule items to run programs, display reminders or alarms, and even set an hourly chime. A Windows automation feature completely automates password entries, repetitive dialog boxes, and so on (see screenshots). You can password-protect stored information. The keyboard macro program has multiple clipboard and Windows automation features.

Recent modifications include a new option to the On Window scheduler to allow all windows to be monitored, not just the foreground window; new mouse control options, including the ability to move the mouse pointer to a point on the screen without also clicking a button and the ability to restore the mouse pointer to where it was when the item was started; the addition of an Add field in the Combination of Keys wizard, so that more than one key combination can be selected without leaving the wizard.
