Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
Pros: The free version (Personal) works with Internet Explorer,Flock, or Firefox but not Google Chrome. A border at the top shows the encrypted characters as you type.
Cons: I guess it works? I mean how do you know it really works? It won't prevent a program from screenshotting what you're doing. I'm not an IT professional, I just want to be able to surf the damn web and not have my life compromised.
Summary: It seems to work but somehow I wish I knew if the program does what it says it's supposed to do. read more

"Another level of security comfort"
Pros: It works just fine. I like the bar that tells you it's working as you type. It can also be positioned where the user wants it on the window so as not to be distracting.
Cons: None noted.

Version: KeyScrambler Personal 2.6
Pros: The program tends to itself, comes on when I open an internet browser and goes away when not needed and keeps a lookout for new versions.
Cons: Sometimes blocks my auto fill option.
Summary: Its my kind of program, it gives me another layer of security, isn't a resource hog and its free! read more

"essential addition to layered security"
Pros: Stops keyloggers, one of the worst types of spyware in existence
Cons: Sometimes doesn't decrypt keystrokes, resulting in garbled output. Also sometimes fails to encrypt keystrokes. Could be a quirk of my particular system.
Summary: An essential addition to your layered security solution. read more
