Cons
Beware: The demo version reports files as repaired when you run them trough the program, but there is no way to see the results until you buy the full version. Once you have the full version you realize your files cannot be fixed with this product.
A refund? good luck...

"Bad Customer Support and BAD product"

NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT! IT DOES NOT WORK. ALSO, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT ABIDE BY THEIR OWN REFUND POLICIES. A LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN

The product would not import Word 2003 files as it claims to do. I contacted customer support and they would not work with me even though their refund policy states they will provide a full refund if their product does not work and the cannot recover the files. The phone support is at some Indian guy's house. Also, they claim to be four-star CNET award winners. I found no such rating on CNET/Download.com. The CS person told me I had to try the demo version before buying the product in order to receive a refund. Their refund policy recommends, NOT REQUIRES, download of the demo version. See below:
"We recommend you to download and use our free demo version of the software before ordering the full product."
This is part of their bogus 30 day guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT, IT IS BAD!

The trial version worked great, until you actually want to recover something.
Cons
I downloaded the trial version of the software to recover some corrupt files. It appeared to find them so I bought the full version to recover the files. Not only did they double charge me for the software, but the password they sent me for access rights did not even work.
Ever time I emailed them about the double charge, they would tell me that it would be taken care of shortly. It was never taken care of, and now it's too late for my CC company to recover the loss.
