Summary
i downloaded this tool for my word files but it is not letting me to add the files. i m hitting the add files button and window is coming to sleect the file. i selected the files but it doesnot gets listed. tried several times, but of no use. i tried both doc and docx files but of no use.
this is really disappointing. what is this company and why do people purchase their products. their tool do not work and then they do not refund your money and altogether they will ask for yur files. why will we give our confidential files to these people. i purchased pst software and it messed up everything for me. i will not consider this provider again!!!!1
