Version: Kernel Outlook PST Repair 7.05.01
"Bad customer service/product did not work as advertised"
Pros: It did recover emails and folders but contact information was a little less than 50% recover. Unfortunately there was about 500 contacts that were not recovered.
Cons: After buying the software to recover a pst file it only recovered about 50% of contacts. After contacting customer service and submitting 2gb file over ftp it took repeated attempts for them to respond. Two months later still a broken pst file.
Summary: If customer service had been more responsive I would not have been so annoyed. First time I contacted customer service they said it will be ready in two days then after three days it still wasn't ready. They said contact them in another two days and it will be ready...still nothing. Tried contacting them via the phone still no luck. That took about 2 weeks. Now 6 weeks later I am trying customer service again and they say that they will have response in 3 hours. I am not holding my breath. If you like to gamble then go ahead and get your dice out and give them a roll. Otherwise I would not waste my time and money again on spotty customer service and a product that does not work as advertised.
