"ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IT WORKED!!"
Version: Kaspersky TDSSKiller 2.7.38
Pros
I signed into CNET just to write this review. This product worked like a champ!! Made me look like a genius to my client. I was having an ataport.sys blue screen of death error. It looked like a virus, but I wasn't sure. THANK YOU KASPERSKY!! Saved me a lot of time.
Cons
uh... how about NO cons at all!!

"It really does KILL em!"
Version: Kaspersky TDSSKiller 2.7.38
Pros
In paid version of Avast, I was getting repeated "Malicious URL Blocked" messages. Twigged onto rootkits (which are invisible to AV software) and Kaspersky from Avast Forum.
Free download. Run. Problem solved.
Does this program remove all rootkits and related nasties? If so, it is AWESOME.
All I can say is - thanks!Cons
The only problem I had was not finding out about TDSSKiller sooner.

"Does exactly what it says on the tin"
Version: Kaspersky TDSSKiller 2.7.38
Pros
FAST. Simple. Effective.
Cons
None absolutely nothing
Summary
I had faffed about for weeks trying to get rid of some spy/malware that I got stung with from a `trusted` site. I tried ALL the free antivirus and malware removers. None were effective, all stating that no threats were found. But having your fan blowing on continuously isn`t normal.
This fixed it. 2 threats. Now in quarantine. Laptop quicker (and quieter)
I`m seriously considering junking my free AVG and going Kaspersky and paying for the first time ever. Thats not a plug thats fact. -
"Great product!"
Version: Kaspersky TDSSKiller 2.7.38
Pros
Works as advertise. Got rid of BSOD and computer crash.
Cons
None this thing works great.
Summary
Works as advertised. My computer caught a malware that cause the computer to go to the Blue Screen of Death, wouldn't let me play any videos and when searching on google it would redirect me to different websites. I reboot, ran in safemode, ran multiple anti-malware (malwarebytes) and virus (avast and avg) scans and nothing fixed it. I installed this and the computer is working great again.
