PC Performance lag with only 1% but the detection rate of viruses is 100%. Web protection 101%.
Summary
The Kaspersky Security suite is the only suite with whom You are surely protected from all kind of virus. Its hybrid pror=tection i.e. it uses definitions from downloaded updates in itself & other from their Cloud based system which records which records every new threats. Kaspersky is the only suite which really works on Web threats. No other suite can provide such protection which is provided by Kapsersky

Summary
During the installation process, this product caused my desktop to crash - blue screen followed by black screen. Technical support was useless, polite, but useless. Somehow, the existing Norton AV that I was replacing wasn't fully deleted. Based on other reviews, it seems that replacing one AV with another brand may be high risk. It's been almost 2 months since Kaspersky said they'd refund the purchase price. Since requesting a refund I've also had to spend $250 to reinstall everything. What a nightmare I went through. I would not recommend this to anybody. BUYER BEWARE!

Took 5 TIMES to dowload on one machine and it never actually installed on the other ... it wouldn't update, so it wouldn't scan. Tried to reach CS, they gave vague and unresponsive responses. You could hardly understand them at all. Even the email sent with the "FIX" didn't work. It CRASHED A BRAND NEW COMPUTER!!! And it wouldn't let me back online AT ALL on EITHER computer until I uninstalled it!!!
Summary
I spent 6 hours working with this program, and all it ended up doing was infruiating me and crashing my computers! Now I have glitches where I didn't before and I will probably have to send these in for repair. SERIOUSLY...DON'T BUY, DON'T BUY, DON'T BUY!!! I was told this was easier and better than Avast! LIE!!!!! I'm going straight back!!

No doubt it has a rock solid all round protection... Excellent detection rate.. One of the best internet security suit with lots of features and they are highly customizable according to your need..
Cons
1. Updates are very slow.
2. Scan takes a lot of time.
3. There could have been one option in the "Network Attack Blocker" i.e., "permanently block the attacking computer" instead of how many minutes you want to block.
4. Slows down the boot-up.Summary
One of the Best.. If you have a moderately powerful PC, then this is one of the Security Suit you should opt for and stay safe..

Amazing security & best features included in 2013 version. Interface is also user friendly.
Cons
The only problem with this antivirus is that it slows down your computer entirely.
During scanning your CPU will load on full 100% & that means you cant use your PC during scanning.
After scanning also you will notice that everything will opens slowly.Summary
Kaspersky should solve the issue of slowing down the PC because of their product. Otherwise the antivirus is best.
Especially for those who do internet banking,they can do their work safe & very securely.
No false-positive virus is being detected during scanning that other antiviruses removes many.. -

slows your entire pc down even on my custom built with 3 SSD top end pc, has trouble scanning rar files also their is a problem with boot times the latest build i tested took about 2 minutes to start in witch this time you are un protected.On kaspersky forums people said that programs they blocked were accessing the internet until kaspersky started the posts in question were promptly deleted from the forums just be careful the 2013 version.

would be good if they could tweak the performance i will go back to bitdefender it doesn't slow down your pc.

The installation process and the response from support staff have a level of quality I have not seen in a while from a software program. Their support staff was willing to accept a support ticket from a non-user and explain their ticket resolution process. This level of customer service is worth the price tag.
Cons
I'm thinking the anti-virus alone would have been sufficient. There is a small but noticable lag in performance, and it did uninstall SpyBot Search & Destroy as a conflicting program.
Summary
Overall, I'm impressed and pleased with this product.
