Pros: nice user interface
Cons: slows down computer even quad core

Pros: Makes alerts known as soon as they are detected
Cons: Sometimes am not sure of what to do when some warnings/alerts pop up
Summary: I would highly recommend Kaspersky as I have to a few people who have gotten virus's through their anti virus programs. read more

Version: Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010
Pros: The application is intrusive, an occasional pop-up to question an operation, but it is not overbearing. This is how good software should be, painless, in the background, updates without input but I am as yet to be caught.
Cons: nothing has come to my attention
Summary: expanding on the comments above, I have the occasional warning. Most of these come from student work submitted to me for marking. But the real attraction is the "set and forget" nature of the application. It always works, always updates, is extremel... read more

"the BEST out there in the market..........."
Pros: the best detection rates, adware, spyware, and all others removals for sure, updates in every 2 hours and the best proactive scanning and antirootkit software.....what else do u need.....
try the kaspersky site for full features of the software.....Cons: 1. a little more use of memory and cpu than others.
2. slow scanning speed.
3. a little more expensive than other security softwares but its valid for the best.Summary: i m using the kaspersky internet security software from the version 7 to 2009 to 2010 and never got any problems with virus infecting or detection left or false positives. gonna use it till the very end and Believe removing the cons of the kaspersky ... read more

Pros: Seems intuitive enough -
Cons: Perhaps I needed to know more about how to adjust its settings and sensitivity - found it a little bit intrusive and hated the squeeky noise it made when it wanted to block something ... made me spill coffee more than once!
