Why can't this software behave like most others and download, install and then be ready to scan? I tried both the open and save options and used IE6 for download. All I ever got was everysingle file extracted and that was it. Looked for some kind of exe file to begin but did not find. Just useless for me. My Q is if you are smart enough to write a clever software then why can't you write a smooth install?
