From KSSWare :KSSWare Extended IP Filter & Monitor provide content filtering (ex.: HTTP, SMTP, POP3, MP3, AVI, RAR, ZIP, EXE, JPG, PNG etc.) and can filter any IP, UDP, TCP (including speed limit), ICQ (by UIN), and ICMP packets using standard Windows filtering functions. Consists from filtering driver and GUI. Also this program can monitor IP traffic (source address, destination address, protocol, speed, and size) and create rules for its blocking. The product was rebuilt using .NET Framework 2.0. Version 1.6.2174 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
