Pros
Free. Good functionality: flexible levels of protection to block what you don't and allow what you want and good administrator options. I haven't had any legitimate sites erroneously blocked yet. I haven't noticed any speed degredation, either. Web-based access to computer activity and set-up options is good for parents who may not be near the filtered computer. Activity logging is thorough; any hits, changes, and resets can be seen. If the program is uninstalled, an e-mail is sent to whoever administers the program. Kudos to Blue Coat Software, a company that specializes in medium and large business security to develop a free internet security package to the community for free!

Very accurate! It blocks exactly what you don't have to see and never blocks what you have to see

As their is NO cons I will just suggest.
This filter is just between someone and friend or child (or employee). There should be one version or idea for a filter that the parent itself should not be able to...
there is an idea you know half of the password and a friend the other half
