"Bloated trash-ware"
Version: K Kitchen 3.0.3
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Comparing this to Apple's Disk Utility and Carbon Copy Cloner, both of which are free, K Kitchen should be renamed Garbage To Delete
I wouldn't waste my time with this poor excuse of a bloated and un-needed program if it was for free or if the developer would actually pay me the $19 instead.
What a joke and a ripoff! -
"K Kitchen for Mac"
Version: K Kitchen 3.0.2
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Downloaded this software today and although the appearance is good (cube-style menu design), it just doesn't work. Unfortunately, the help section is non-existent and merely piggybacks on Mac help with no info speciific to K Kitchen. It also caused the software to crash each time I attempted to use it, losing one of my nine lives each time. I wasted an hour trying to get it to accept a project for disc creation before giving up and deleting the softwtware from my drive.
I then tried DropDMG and highly recommend it - smaller file size, simple drag-drop functionality and worked first time. An excellent product. -

Summary
WOW! i thought this was a joke when i first got this page, why one earth would they offer a simple media disc program, with a virtual cornucopia of similar programs out there that range from oversimplified to rocket scientist in terms of user ability required. then i downloaded the trial and gave it a shot. ladies and gentleman, there is a reason that this product has been given 5 out of 5 stars. its hands-down the last program of its kind you may ever buy, and thats because its the best. the user interface to the end product discs it creates with ease and comfort and efficiency are incredible. Any questions? i didn't think so. have fun!

"The best software"
Version: K Kitchen 3
Pros
I like Kandalu products for the easy of use, clean interface and reliability. K_Kitchen is a superb software, much much better than Toast 9.0. If CDs and DVDs are part of your world, you must have K_Kitchen

"Crappy software"
Version: K Kitchen 2
Pros
none........
Cons
That is ridiculous free trial?, They don't respect the customers it didn't get to try the software because the trial expired before I installed.

"Terrible - can't open - license expired before opening"
Version: K Kitchen 2
Pros
Who can tell?
Cons
Why call it free to try, if the first message you get upon trying to open is that "trial period has expired. Pay us." Don't bother downloading at all.
Summary
If possible I would have given this no stars.
