"Good, For small networks"
Pros: The software does what it says it does, It creats a irc server on windows that is easy to use and setup, nice interface, and so forth. They even say in there readme it isn't for bigger networks because it doesn't support server linking and flood control, but its missing allot of other things (see cons). It runs strait out of the box, no instilation either. It has ops and some commands, and seems perfect for somewhat smaller networks. It doesn't lag, and its simple to set up. Its greats for what it says its great for. It also supports BOTs, using DLLs. Its wonderful for people that need something simple.
Cons: No nickserv, chanserv, or any other "serv" for that matter. And no options to add it. You have to restart the server for the MOTD file to be updated, but that ain't to bad unless you got allot of people in your server. It isn't really expandible, but it is easy to use.
