Joboshare AVI to DVD Converter is an easy-to-use program that lets you burn AVI and MPG files to DVDs. The program isn't fancy, but it's a great choice for quickly editing videos and burning them to DVDs.

The program's interface is quite sleek and intuitive, with all of its major features represented by attractive graphical buttons. A small preview window lets you view the videos you are working with, which is a very helpful feature, and you can also preview a variety of templates for the DVD's menu. To create a DVD, you simply add individual files or folders containing videos, crop and reorder them as needed, select a menu template, and then click the Start Burn button. DVDs can be burned using either NTSC or PAL, making the program friendly to international users. When the DVD is finished, the program can have the computer shut down, hibernate, or standby, which we thought was a nice touch. The program's built-in Help file is extremely brief, but the program is pretty straightforward, so this is not a major drawback. Overall, although the application doesn't have a ton of features, we liked it quite a bit; sometimes you need a program that just does one thing well, and Joboshare AVI to DVD Converter fits the bill.
