"Five stars for a five star program"
Pros: I love it. I imported all of my recruiters, employers, and networking contacts without a hitch. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have to say I've grown fond of jobtabs. Whats good about this application is it is very realistic about the job outlook and what you have to do to make it happen. I think there are a lot of people mulling around out there that don't know what they need to do to get with it. JobTabs provides an objective perspective that will provide a breath of fresh air to any job search.
I never give reviews on software, but given the importance of getting a job and all of the people I know that are looking I have to say that I am doing this out of public service. Great application and I recommend it across the board. Good luck on your job search.

"here a great tool for boosting your job search!!"
Pros: Maybe I said it already, I am so much very glad I found Jobtabs, which helps me optimise my already proven jobsearch strategy - for my gender in my profession, more than that in this quite machist country and industry and despite my preparation, finding a decently rewarded job so far has been a question of knocking at many and many doors, what means spending a great lot of time. I expect my results will improve with a highly efficient tool like Jobtabs!

"JobTabs 2008 is a gem of a program that I recommend without reservation."
Pros: As an individual job-seeker, I was feeling very lonely in the quest for my next employment opportunity. After spending a few sleepless nights during which I kept thinking "There just has to be a way that I can keep track of all my job applications and resume submissions... " I discovered JobTabs and began to use this treasure of a tool to get myself organized in a meaningful way. Finally, in a sea of software designed for the employers to manage the thousands of resumes they receive, I was thrilled to find something for those of us that are sending those resumes out!
Tech support is superb and these people mean business! They are on a mission to offer a product as efficient, effective, & supportive as those of us in the labor market need it to be and they welcome suggestions & feedback from their clients along the way. Don't hesitate to try, and buy, JobTabs 2008. It will lift your spirits at the same time that it works to keep you on track as you find your next position.

"This is one slick piece of software!"
Pros: It really takes the tediousness of the job search away. Has an inbuilt browser, and when you see a job on the web you simply save it (so you save the actual page with one click), then apply to it, through the inbuilt mechanisms. It keeps track of different versions of tailored resumes, keeps all your notes, submissions, emails to the recruiters/companies, and even your own network contacts. You can create cover letter templates that you can tailor just before sending. It works through outlook/mapi or pop/smtp thru to any email provider that provides that (i happen to use gmail and it works great, so the email are actually sent out through my personal 'resume' email address). It just allows you to keep track of everything really really easily, especially for followups.

"JobTabs 2006 - Great Software!"
Pros: JobTabs 2006 is great software to use if you're in a job search or looking to "keep tabs" on your career. The software really saved me a lot of time compared to what I was doing before - setting up a spreadsheet and trying to record what jobs and companies I applied to. JobTabs also allows me to record important information and keep track of my professional network as well as places I've worked at before. If you're currently job searching, I would strongly recommend that you give this software a try, reading the Help file and learning what the software can do for you. It's well worth the time spent, believe me. I've tried other job searching software and JobTabs was just right. Whereas I found others to be either too general or too convoluted, JobTabs 2006 did exactly what I needed it to do efficiently while keeping a simple straightforward interface. Definitely worth the money, in my opinion. I finally found that job I was looking for and JobTabs 2006 made the process a lot easier.
