    "Good video, but no sound"

    Although not reported elsewhere, audio codecs are probably required, since no sound was available on the initial install. Another annoyance is the Ask toolbar option (at least you have a choice). Product naming seems to be a problem, I selected Jetaudio, yet the desktop link is called Cowon Media Center, so, which is it?

    Summary

    After installation on Windows Vista, a number of different video formats were tried, but an audio error was reported and no sound was available. Assuming this to be a install or download error, the program was downloaded and installed a second time, but the results were the same. Removed software and residual files. Although the name Jetaudio seems inviting and appropriate to the function, Cowon Media Center sounds like a bovine hifi app.
