    "It's not freeware and options are limited"

    Pros

    It would have easily converted an mpg file to an avi file, which is the reason I wanted it. I didn't try to use the remaining features because options such as skins, etc, aren't important to me, and I have other media players that can play mp3's and videos.

    Cons

    The page said the license is free but the program is not freeware and I didn't like the deception. The Basic program would convert only a few seconds of the file. The program would have to be purchased in order for it to convert the entire file(s).

    Also, the output file size was determined by the program and couldn't be changed.
