During installation, you have to be careful if you don't want to set JetAudio Basic as the default application for audio and video files. However, the freeware application gives you plenty of reasons to make it your only player. The interface has a modern design that looks like an equalizer. You can customize each section of the program, from CD ripping to format conversion, to your heart's content. The program can convert files among some 10 formats, as well as read and edit MP3 tags. The built-in Cross-fader, Reverb, and Wide-sound modes provide a nice touch not found in most MP3 players. The program becomes truly unique with its clock, however, which features a timer and an alarm. We also appreciate the inclusion of a tool for seeking out song lyrics. Our only quibble is it treats a playlist as an album but uses the artist as its primary key field, making it difficult to locate mixes. JetAudio Basic's appealing product set should attract audiophiles. Watch the CNET video review of JetAudio Basic:

Pros: Easy to set up.low resource user.Nice fade out idea.Is it me or does it sound better than WMP?

Pros: This thing is great for broadcasting your own temporary webcast for listeners who can tune in by stream links listed on the JetAudio website. You can even cast your voice over the web, so you can be a Internet DJ.
Cons: But hey, it does not have all the options and customizability that other players do. The default skin is a little bland as well, and there isn't much of a choice for skins to apply. But these are not big issues for me.

"SIMPLE AND USEFULL MEDIA PLAYER"
Pros: It reminds a little of WinAmp, It is easy to use, you can burn or convert a file to an other form with one simple button, if you are connected to the internet you can see lyrics of the song which is played. It also supports the basic video files.
Cons: To convert video files you have to connect to the company server in order to download some additional archives.
It does't support MP3 decoding

Pros: its ok all and all, but winamp proves to be much better. Stick to the Winamp kids.

Pros: Wonderful user interface.
Goes into system tray so it is hidden which i find usefull.
Best of all it plays dvds at a higher quality that WMP and Real Player can play put together. Even more better it is all
free.
Cons: None.
