"Works fine if you have certain things configured, otherwise won't work"
Summary: This program neccesitates that you set up that the java bin directory is included in the PATH environment variable. If this is not done it has no way to specify the path exclicitly and doesn't tell you this at the time. If no other tools are suitable I may come back and do this, but it otherwise looks OK.
