From Wolfgang Kurz :The Jade Integrated Development Environment is a lightweight development environment that provides a GUI for the most important tools of the SUN JDK in order to ease the editing of source code, the compilation of Java classes, and the execution of a Java application. A special feature of the IDE is the ability to generate Java code templates for individual window frames and dialog windows using AWT or Java Swing components. In addition, JadeIDE now exploits JiveLint from Sureshot to perform static code checking.
