"I tried to Download JSmooth just after I Downloaded Firefox,"
Cons: It would not fully download when I chose to download JSmooth it only took me back to the download page and since that time I also removed Firefox as it would not setup as my Browser. I have since gone back to IE7 as my Browser after getting in touch with Roadrunner.com customer care.
