"Does what is says, no hassle"
Version: JPEG Lossless Rotator 7.0

Easy to install, very easy to use. Simple and neat interface, nothing cluttering. Does the job quickly, saves me a lot of time and a lot of clicking (I take a lot of photos). For a FREEBIE, it's a very good program!
Cons
Haven't found any

"Works for me"
Version: JPEG Lossless Rotator 5
Pros
Does what it says. I needed to rotate 87 pictures 90 degrees CCW, and all I did was select the files, amongst a bunch that didn't need rotating, and right-clicked to select the rotation.
Sure beat using Windows in Filmstrip Mode to change each one individually, and maintaining the integrity of the images was a bonus.
I use Fireworks a lot, and could have written a batch process for this, but it would take longer to run the script each time than it did to run this program.
It's small, easy to install, and intuitive enough for me. No bells and whistles...justs rotates. If you need variable rotatiing (Not on the 180/90 axes), then you shouldn't be looking for a free program to get the job done.
I'm satisfied, and would pay $19.99 just for the convenience this program provides.

"Dumb, But does what it says"
Version: JPEG Lossless Rotator 4
Pros
Shell integration. Rotate the pics in +/- 90 and 180 degrees in one click.
Cons
The program can't rotate at an angle other than the multiple of 90 degrees! Pics are softened in thumbnail view.
