If they would have legitimate support it may be good, but they don't. It is a black hole Terrible cust suport.No phone number.Rarely get back to you,don't answer your questions.You can lose all your records if the program de-activates or if there is a computer issue.Will tell you they don't support it anymore so you are screwed.that will leave your company in trouble. STAY AWAY
Similar to the other comments. Actually a slick little system but after needing to reinstall and activate again - no luck. Activation isn't accepted and none of the contact info works. Avoid!

it worked for a few months
It lost all my data, password, registration.
Tried contacting the company 20+ times using givien phone numbers, emails, and even went to the BBB about them.
DO NOT BUY THIS, you will regret it.
I had to buy another product because I could not get ANY assistance or even a single reply from these people.
It looked like it would work great but after paying for it, I never received the product. There is ZERO contact info. It is a black hole. Move on!
I purchased this product and it does NOT work. Get error message after registering, can't reach anyone at phone#, online help, nor e-mail. Requested a refund...apparently they answer refund requests via e-mail but ONLY from a company called regsoft (whom processes their credit cards for them) stating that they will not refund and that they do not offer phone support for this product cause it is not cost effective. Hello?! What are you supposed to do when it does not work and why do they put these numbers on the website when they are not good numbers? What a joke! This is a crap company and I would not advise anyone to do business with them...it is like throwing your money out the window!! I am going to write a letter to attorney general and better business bureau, I know this will not get my money back but I am hoping that this crap company will be investigated anyways and save others from losing their money. Very frustrating!!No way to get ahold of these crooks!
I purchased this software does not work at all. Forget support, no phone numbers work, email is useless and there's never any on-line support available. Registration was a big problem and now my employees can't even access it!!! It stinks and don't buy it.
Purchased a 5 user network version as program looked worked good in the trial version. However, when serial number is entered into the client workstations, it does not take them out of trial mode. only way to possibly use is to use as a stand alone, and that also appears to have issues. web-site states support available, but phone numbers have been changed and disconnected and no on-line support available. Product would be good if it worked. DO NOT PURCHASE, YOU ARE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!
I tried the "free" version and then bought the full network version. Now it doesn't work. Can't even get it to open up, it just gives me an error message. All the phone numbers on the site are disconnected. The "Live Chat" link doesn't work. Not sure this is a legitimate company. Save your money, I'm out $112 (network version price) on a product that won't even open up and has ZERO support.
Having downloaded many time clock program trials for a client, JD Punchclock appeared to be the right choice. I installed the program on my client's machines, one server and one client. The server features are not activated on the trial version. So, I proceeded to order the product, but was not able to submit CC# info etc. via the web form. I tried to phone the company and order via support number listed, which told me the number had been changed. Called that number, recorded message saying, "Invalid Number". I sent a nasty email to the address from their site, and to their credit, got a response by phone. He assured me that there was a temporary problem with the site, and to try again. Today, a couple weeks later, and exact same problem. Input personal info and CC# then submit and get please check info immediately. Same deal on the phones also. Sorry for rambling, but I was very frustrated by the experience. Product looks good, but don't expect to get it registered easily or get any support. Note: I was using dial-up connection and IE 5.5 when trying to register, problem may have been on my side but i seriously doubt it.
