Version: IrfanView 4.25
"Very intuitive and user friendly; powerful with add-ons"
Pros: Simple yet effective; not loaded with alot of bells and whistles
Cons: Add-ons have limitations; would be nice to pay for a premium set that extended Irfanview's abilities
Summary: this program is free! I have used it through many incarnations and love it. Way more user-friendly than Photoshop and more intuitive than PS Elements (which I also own). Offer a premium set of add-ons for a fee and this program would be perfect!
