Pros: Very good software if you want something done quickly.
I get to resize my images with just a few clicks using the batch conversion.
Has support for a large number of file formats.Cons: nothing yet

Pros: I like that it is so small and easy to use and it has so many cool features like batch conversion/renaming. I use it to resize my pictures. For anything that does not require advanced image editing.
