    "A suggestion"

    March 3, 2009  |   By mczplwp

    Version: IrKey 1.0

    Pros

    a really cool program

    Cons

nothing bad accept for what prevous poster said about using the program.

    Summary

If someone wrote a force-crack program to run through all numerical combinations then it would be most handy! Consider that most people are lazy and use a 4 or 6 digit pw then how hard would it be? Plus most people that use a 6 digit are using birthday combo's so it would be easier to refine the force signature.

    "way too expensive"

    February 27, 2004  |

    Version: IrKey 1.0

    Summary

I am sure it works quite well, but there is an underlying problem....why bother??? I mean ya its cool the first few times, but do you really want to pull out your palm turn it on, get out the sylus, select the program, unlock the doors, just to get in the car. Specially when I am assuming if you have remote keyless entry you were given a remote with the car!!!, so why use your $200+ device when you could use one you got INCLUDED WITH THE CAR, and have it far less functional......but the coolness factor is average, but not high enough for me to think its worth while.......

    "This Program Works"

    February 18, 2004  |

    Version: IrKey 1.0

    Summary

The TS1001 chip is not something that the "downloader" has to buy!
All you need is the IRKEY program offered here for free and you will be able to unlock any electronic door lock that HAS the TS1001 chip inside its lock mechanism. However, you DO need to have the numeric sequence of numbers that someone else pre-sets in their electronic lock. Once you learn (find out) the programed sequense of numbers (from 4 digits to as many as 7 digits), then you can point your palm toward the electronic lock mechanism and unlock the door!
Neat... but how do you learn the digits that someone else programs into their door lock?
Do you make an IR mind reading program to get those numbers from their thoughts?
