Publisher's description
From MacroSoft :A quick and easy way to protect sensitive information on your computer from children, employers, and anyone else who uses your computer, including hackers! This software will hide your sensitive files so that they can't be seen or accessed. Files stay hidden even if you turn on "View Hidden Files". Even links in your recent documents menu won't be able to find your hidden files. For extra security, use a password to prevent anyone from accessing your files. You can run this software in stealth mode so that no one knows it's there, and hide or show your sensitive files using hotkeys. There has never been an easier way to keep private files really private. Add as many folders to the program as you want for quick hiding. Hide or Show individual folders or all folders at once. Prevents all file access, even from the command prompt, and even from hackers. Files in folders cannot be accessed, even from shortcuts or recent document lists. Password protection using Stealth Mode.

Version: Invisible Security 1.2
Pros: Stealth mode, and the use of hot keys to open the program or hide / show files/folders. This means one can remove all traces of its presence on the desktop as an added security level.
Cons: 1. Gory colour scheme.
2. Does not work - files are hidden in Windows Explorer, but not in Free Commander.
3. Generates Error code 429. When this happens files/folders are no more hidden.

Version: Invisible Security 1.2
Pros: Its really good and easy to use
-
Version: Invisible Security 1.2
Cons: I didn't even bother trying to use it. Once I opened it and saw that disgusting green user interface I immediately removed it from my computer. It may indedd be a great product but I can not get past the first screen without becoming nauseous.

Version: Invisible Security 1.2
"In XP hidden folder was greyed but still accessible"
Pros: Installed easily, easy to use, interesting concept, simple but cool interface.
Cons: 1. It tried to access the internet. I don't know why because nothing says it had to do that or what it was trying to do. I always like to know what a program is doing when accessing the internet.
2. The folder I tried hiding greyed out and the name changed to have "HIDDEN" in the name and some numbers but I could still open it, and see all the files and subfolders in it and open the files in them
.
3. When exiting the program I got a "Runtime error 429, Active X component can't create object. The program did close after that.
Too bad I can't get it to work on my computer. I hope someone else will give it a good try and post here with better results than I got.
