Version: Interspire Email Marketer 5.0.10
"upgrade policy improved - great newsletter software"
Pros: Very capable product. Excellent support. Active development with a steady flow of improvements. Support agreements now include upgrades. Very customizable, including branding and appearance.
Cons: It shouldn't have taken a year to fix their upgrade policy. Expensive now. Current support agreement required to obtain upgrades and updates.
Summary: I was one of the many customers very frustrated over their handling of the upgrade from SendStudio to Email Marketer, when they decided that upgrades to their software were not included even if you had a current support agreement. It took awhile, but... read more

Version: Interspire Email Marketer 5.0.10
"Interspire - not going there..."
Pros: Ok to setup.
Cons: We have an Interspire shopping cart. Very difficult to get assistance as we are not given a password for their" knowledge base" as we bought the program from one of their re-sellers. Frequent "updates" that cost money.
Summary: Dont get on the slippery slope of interspire involvement. read more

"Costly product that you will never stop paying for."
Pros: Works good till the upgrade.
Cons: Search for Interspire+review+problems. Products they make may look good, life cycle is very short and NO SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR OLDER PRODUCTS, and by older I mean just 18 months. Interspire just offers the costly upgrade route.
Summary: Look for other solutions. read more

"expensive, force to pay for upgrades"
Pros: nice interface, fast support
Cons: expensive and force you to pay for upgrades, extra users and extra features. Mailing delivery failed couple of times on our shared hosting account. No solution provided.
Summary: We bought their sendstudio last year with 20 users license. What a surprise they want us to pay almost the same price for upgrade to the new version released this year. There are many clients complaining about this. read more
