If it would ever load and function properly, I would be able to tell you if it has anything to like.

Continuous "circle". Gets hung-up. You need meds to work your way through this mess.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium, brand new windows computer with 1T memory. Forced to upgrade to Explorer 9. AND IT DOES NOT WORK. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent on and off trying to use Internet Explorer 9 - 64 bit. IT DOES NOT WORK.

I can't use it either and I'm certainly no novice when it comes to using browser on computers.
I also have Windows 7 Home Premium.
I tried to use the 32bit version.
I do not recommend this browser to my IT clients.

You are writing about my EXACT experience! I have a new Dell XPS l702 with 1 T and CORE i7, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and IE9 will not and has never functioned for me. It will partially load a page but there is no content. I know my way around a computer and have tried every possible solution including speaking with someone (no help there). Some things require IE so it would be nice if it worked....
