Best IE version yet. Should convert a few FF/O users back to IE.

Pros: Its the best version of Internet Explorer yet.
Its free.
It has new features which people have been a long time crying for...features which caused a lot of people to switch to FireFox or Opera...or even OSX (to take advantage of Safari)...
Those features I refer to are: RSS feeder, anti-phishing filter, webpage zooming, built in search bar.
It works with toolbars built for IE6...namely Google Toolbar v3. Yay!
They chose to keep the REFRESH AND STOP BUTTONS SEPARATE...unlike SOME BROWSERS WE KNOW...*cough* FireFox, Opera, *cough*.
Search bar comes with ability to add custom sites to search. Very easy to add sites.
COMES WITH UPDATED INTERNET TOOLS WINDOW!
Comes with new icons all across the board!
Comes with new saving format: mht...i love it. Think zip for html. Awesome awesome awesome.
The organize favorites has been completely redone...it is much better and easier to work with now.
"Work Offline" is included!
Find in Page now restarts search at the top of document after searching the full document without you having to go in the opposite direction manually to go back up!
Cons: You can't hide the search bar or the commands bar (the bar with the favorites and RSS buttons). You can remove most of the buttons on the commands bar, but you cant hide it entirely.
FTP has been changed for the worse. I liked it the IE6 way...folder view. Now I cant do FTP in IE the way I want, I have to do it in an Explorer window.
It uses a bit more memory than IE6. But if you have a fast computer with a lot of RAM this shouldnt matter.
Can't go below 8MB for the internet cache setting (IE6 let you do 1MB).
Find in Page window starts in the upper right corner...its hard to get used to after 10 years of seeing it popup in the center of the IE window.

This is the best version of IE yet. Its the fastest and the most feature full. A lot of people went to FireFox and Opera because IE6 lacked important features like RSS, Search Bar, etc. Well now they are there and it should convert a few users back to IE. I wouldnt be surprised to see the usage of IE increase in the next couple months. Personally, since IE is an integral part of your system you would be an idiot not to upgrade, even if you arent going to use it. New DLL's are always a good thing.

FF can be practically completely customised. The File, Edit, View, Go etc bar is the only thing that can't be, and even then you can still move it about.
To be honest, I don't think of something as a pro is somebody has already done it. Firefox did the built in and customisable search bar years ago.
this will not convert anybody, as it is a clumsy, poor attempt at copying. When I first saw IE7 beta I thought I was looking at firefox... I never use IE. It is NOT an integral part of the system... in fact, I deleted it. I only have firefox now.
