The only thing I can think of is...Some sites require IE to access the page. That's the only thing I'm keeping it for.
Cons
On 2 of my computers I get constant pop-ups while on IE, even when it's closed. It's not as fast as the browser I'm using now (Mozilla Firefox, I recommend it), and definitely not as useful. The clicking noises are verryyyy annoying.

Good enough at everything to, perhaps justify it.
Cons
It's slow, I think it's ugly and it has buttons, tool bars and security everywhere. That, initself is not a bad thing but it's so cluttered and dull that it becomes unbearable.
Summary
Overall, poor. Too cluttered, not easy enough to understand half the time and if it goes wrong you need a degree in Information Technology to get it working normaly again. I goes wrong rather too oftn as well. My advise is, go to Apple for your web browser, it works for Windows now. Check out the site: http://www.apple.com/safari/
I figures they put on the site are no exaggeration either, it's faster at loading pages downloads and the image enhancement is astonishing. Go to Apple and you won't be dissapionted. Stay with Microsoft and I'm affraid you will. Could try harder Mr. Gates! -

Very slow, tabs are horrible, laggy, ruins system, also the worst add ons i have seen... microsoft really made a bad product this time... also i cant uninstall this trash... ug useless garbage

it didn't allow for me to connect to the internet. I tried to reset the browser to no avail.
Summary
when i tried to reset the browser I tried to uninstall it. then I used attempted to use system restore which allowed for me to connect the internet with IE6 but I there are no toolbar options on the browser. i can't downlaod any software and I can't copy/paste anything. I am completely shocked why this crappy software wasn't tested thoroughly before microsoft rolled this piece of garbage out. I now have to do a rebuild and that makes me sick to my stomach to go through the troubles

If you want to get tangled with malware and viruses well IE 7 is just what the doctor ordered. Tabbed browser-- too little too late...anyone ever hear of the MS Antivirus program ---well it's not real and IE 7 will let it try to ruin your system....
Summary
In conclusion use opera, firefox or something (anything) else...JUST SAY NO TO IE 7!!!!!!!

I have really wanted this having been spoiled by Firefox. But then, it was IE's limitations that sent me to Firefox. I do still use IE when necessary and it is great to have the tabs. Maybe IE will spring for colored tabs as well :-)
Cons
To little to late. I have become accustomed to Firefox and I don't want to go back to"keeping up" with the other guys. Firefox will remain my default for now.
