Version: Internet Explorer Proxy Monitor 1
Pros: The program is easy to install. Easy to configure. Does not take too much hard disk & memory space. Fast loader. IT DOES allow you to quickly change between proxy servers, or to quickly change proxy settings.
Cons: The web file contains the same article as the one in download.com - It does not have a help file for those who are INTELLECTUALLY CHALLENGED individuals.

"Useful for minimal proxy changing, but horrible for frequent."
Pros: Proxy list saving.
Cons: No personal comments, no shuffling, only 2 working proxies to change from at one time, no listing in alphabetical order, no access to proxies in anyway but to set it as either default or alternate (only 1 of each), so even if u have a list of 500 proxies, u can only alternate from 2 proxies at a time, or u can set another one as default/alternate. Awful experience IMO.

Pros: Besides simply enabling your default or alternate proxy, it also allows you to select the other settings in IE's connections tab (automatically detect settings, or use the automatic configuration setting)
Cons: While it allows you to configure many proxies, it only lets you to select a default and an alternate from the right-click menu. To choose another proxy, you have to open the app window and set another proxy as either the default or the alternate.
Summary: Does exactly what you need it to do. Small, lightweight, and functional. Highly recommended for someone who uses IE. Firefox users should look at the FoxyProxy extension. read more
