It has no spyware, or adware inside and that is good. IDM is OK but.... I don't think it does all it's made out to do. But, it's trial and I make allowances for that.

I have tried many download managers but Internet Download Manager appears to beat them all. Easy Use and capability to download from any sites make it better than others, which also messed up with my browser due to high memory needs or incompatibilities to recent browsers!

im on 1.5mb/sec DSL and from a good server have dl speeds from 150 - 200kps. i thought id try a download manger a go, but once installed this one took my speeds down to about 80 - 120kps :(?. i duno why this is.. i uninstalled it and my 200kps speed returned.. not recommended by me.

I discovered this programm 6 months ago, and i regret nothing ! I'm with dsl, and my speed for downloading went from 50 to 75 and even 100 K/sec ! Geat product, with update every 2 months!
