Internet Cafe software provide full control over computers on LAN. No matter is it used for gaming business or for little cafe on the corner. Caffe have available Point Of Sale module, Statistics, Printer Tracker etc.
Cons
Caffe Client have glitches when it is used with the Windows Staedy State and when it is used on limited Windows user account.
Summary
Internet Cafe software is almost decade on the market and leader in providing all that you could need. I personally set it in my brothers Cafe. It is not required that you are some network wizard or that you have IT master degree. Antamedia technical support give me all needed instructions how to setup properly network and how to install software to work without a problem. My brother use Internet Caffe from version 4.9. During years he`s business grown up along with development of Cafe software up to version 5.6.5.

USELESS AND UNRELIABLE! The antamedia internet cafe software I bought does not work. And the back up cd which I bought together with the software has not arrived yet for 3 months now. They would not refund my money! The software is not working!!!

I highly agree with meiliki528. The software is unreliable and useless. The back up cd that I bought with the software has not arrived yet. It has been 3 months now. They are cheaters! I have to reinstall the software for lot of times because of the same problems that meiliki528 has stated below. It is worst than terrible! I have wasted my money and time! I almost lost my business because of this USELESS AND UNRELIABLE SOFTWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE. DO NOT BUY!!!

This software freezes, icons disappear off the desktop, trying to close the client software freezes the computers, clients disconnect regularly from the server and trying to uninstall the software all-together has locked up all my computers except 3. The operating system now needs to be re-installed on 7 out of 10 computers.
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! YOU WILL SPEND ANYWHERE FROM 180 - 600$ PURCHASING THE LICENSE AND IT DOESN'T WORK!
The product is unreliable. See the "pros". In attempting to rectify the problems I've had with the software, most of the support I received from the Antamedia Support team has just been repeating stuff from the manual. The manual itself is also not "complete". I've worked with 1 person who was able to assist me, but his 'fixes' didn't fix my problems and the Sales team's only response is that according to the EULA they will NOT refund my money for software THAT DOESN'T WORK.
THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AND THE REINSTALLATION OF THE OS IS GOING TO COST ME TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE THE LAN CENTER WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS UNTIL MY COMPUTERS ARE BACK UP AND RUNNING.

for basic internet cafe operations the product handles most of the tasks Ok.
Cons
Upgrades beware. For any issues that need technical support don't rely on Antamedia. They don't respond at all. You are completely on your own when you buy this product. Upgrades will result in various instabilities in the database and as Antamedia don't respond to requests lots of downtime can be experienced as a result - not good for business!

we have been using 3 different version, but all of them have different problem, such as popup during gaming, shut one computer but two computers been shut down, have couple computers always disconnect from server then you cant control them from the server.
