None that I could think of.
"Phones home" with information including what you watch with the player and supposedly your name and address. (Spyware basically)
No support for the software.
Exaggerated claims of interfacing. Barely any codecs at all.
Don't let the shiny install screen fool you, this player is a waste of good photons. In addition to automatically trying to get you to install it (it is bundled with some DVD for some reason), the player cannot even play the DVD's it came bundled with. The codecs are virtually nonexistent. Do not waste your time, as the software, at least the previous versions, have been difficult to remove.
A few minutes of research will confirm these claims.
For the aspiring DVD watcher I would recommend you uninstall/avoid downloading this software and seek out VLC Media Player instead. It can play just about every codec in development.
