Summary
It definitely seems that after running this update that my work computer is moving faster (P4 1.6ghz 256mb ram running WinXPpro). It was especially noticeable in loading Netscape 7 - the app fired up much faster than it used to, and everything else seems to be moving faster too.

Summary
I've been using this Software for quite some time now and it really boosted my System. It also reduced the W2K boot time from 57 to 45 Seconds on my PC.
