You must already know this but IQ Pro 2007 is simply awesome. I really wasn?t excited about the upgrade as 5.6 worked fine but now that I?ve used 2007 I could never go back. You?ve really done a great job re-designing the interface. Thanks for all your hard work

"A powerful program for an economic price"

We have been using the program for over 3 years. This program will work with virtually any business. As a construction business we find it works extremely well with parts and stock tracking. Once the parts database is set up it is very easy to select parts for quotes and purchase orders. The various reports make it easy to track costs, invoices and profit margins.
The Instant Billing works seamlessly with the program to enable us to track maintenance contracts and scheduled billings.

After using manual methods of tracking and creating quotes, and many different computerized methods over the years, I would have to say this software is the one my business can't do without. I have been using Instant Quote for a few years now. I have no training in accounting, business, or finance. When I reached the point paper invoice books could no longer suffice I began trying different computer programs, Lotus Works on a Commodore for example. I tried another DOS based program that cost way-way-way too much and had no flexibility. Quickbooks came along and I had that so messed up I was either a billionaire or pauper, even Quickbooks didn?t know. I resorted to Access but found out I wasn?t good at that either. A lot of searching later I found PC Experts Instant Quote. I was working the trial version in minutes and have been using Instant Quote since. I don?t have the time to set up a system that I don?t even understand the terminology. Instant Quote is simple yet comprehensive, handling all phases of my business. If I need to tweak something Instant Quote lets me make the best quote or invoice possible. The finance world is becoming more difficult for small operations, complex and expensive programs are hard to justify. I can not thank PC Experts enough for this fine piece of software. Also, the new version is just so good to look at.

Pros
This product is simple to use and handles complex applications for world wide business. The company responds to questions and problems in a very timely manner. The company takes imput from custmers and actually makes changes to address customer ideas.
Cons
Only tech support is online.
They do respond very quickly but I would like to cover more than a single issue at a time as you can do in conversation and not do so well when Emailing.

Pros
This is a wonderful program, very thorough and covers a lot of ground in a very easy way. The developer, Andy, goes out of his way to help users and is constantly improving his product. The price is very low for an application so useful. I highly recommend this product.
Cons
I'm still trying to edit the program's templates to adjust to our company's needs but Andy is personally helping us do that. How could you get this type of help if you were buying a Microsoft application, for example???
