Though this media burner has plenty of features, it also comes with a couple of extras downloaders might want to avoid. Instant CD & DVD Burner helps you burn audio, video, and data CDs or DVDs, and some features set it apart from the standard Windows application for burning, such as an ability to create ISO files. Yet the simplicity ends there. Although Instant CD & DVD Burner bills itself as freeware, it asks for $30 as part of the program registration, with the promise of revealing new features. Opting out of that, you're presented with the possibility of upgrading to a professional version, for free. If you agree to this, you're asked to download another version which includes a handful of spyware and adware programs. If you're willing to take this risk, this program works just fine--yet in our experience plenty of CD and DVD burners are out there with far fewer strings attached.Publisher's description

"Trust me guys works perfectly, the only thing ......."
Pros: It works perfectly, the only thing that puts people off is probably the prompt at the start that asks if we would like to upgrade to the Pro, but since this is free and works completely, there is no need to worry, :) so enjoy !
Cons: Well nothing really, just that a better user interphase would have been great :) hehe well that just my luxury from a free program :) lol lets wait till Christmas lol

"Worked fine for an ISO image"
Pros: I needed to put an ISO image onto a CD. I downloaded this software and it worked perfectly, even though it was a tiny file size.

Cons: cant read EXE's
Gets picked up by security..even if security's turned OFF!
will not add files to burn list to append to my backup DVD (neither will windows, even though the disk was not "closed" after last burn)
