From FileStream :PGC InstallConstruct is designed with an easy-to-use expanding wizard system to make creating Windows 3.1, 95, 98, and NT packages, setup wizards, and uninstallers simple, using intuitive step-by-step procedures. PGC InstallConstruct not only creates setup wizards and HTML-based installations, it also automatically saves each step of your work in creating a project as a package script file. These script files can save you the repetitive task of manually creating other similar packages and updating existing packages; and they support command line batch processing in unattended operation so they can be automatically created without user prompts.
Version 3.1 added user-defined customization capabilities for graphics and 3D logo text, multiple levels of compression, and the creation of standalone setup programs, as well as "hidden password" package protection, which will internally decode passwords without user prompt. Version 3.11 adds support for 256-color and 24-bit graphics. Version 3.2 includes the ability to create packages to run programs with options to hide or display minimized, normal, maximized starting program window.
