Pros
What I liked best was the configurability. I was able to make my charts look exactly as I wanted, as well as add information to my chart boxes that made sense to my organization. The export to Excel ability was a big plus as well in that regard. I strongly recommend this product -- it is a huge time saver!

If you have to chart your company as I have to then you need all the help you can get. I was manually doing things and since I have used this product I have been able to stay on top of my companies needs.

Org plus worked great for creating an organization chart because it has lots of templates that make it easy to create boxes and fill them with employee information. I'm recommending this to every one in my local SHRM chapter.

Wow - I made the chart I needed in 5 minutes and published it back to the PowerPoint presentation. I loved the ability to just click and load in existing personnel information from Outlook and Word saving ton's of typing. The use is pretty easy without using the manual. Drag and drop made it a breeze to setup and modify. Good template options to choose from. But the big surprise is ability to build OR link any Microsoft files and documents to any person making this a really easy and powerful supervisory management tool. One click and I can update weekly one-on-one reviews or time and attendance reporting or review employees resume or history... pretty much anything.
Cons
I think they need to better publicize/explain the function and possible uses of the database and file linking features... I'm still figuring out how to best use this.

After you download this and install it, the program launches a registration key dialog box. You can't get past that without the key. Don't bother.
