Pros
the free version of the software seems to work as it should, but that is the extent of it.
Cons
TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT and any requests for a refund of the purchase price based on the fact that the software is non-functional are IGNORED.
Summary
Downloaded the trial version of the software which seemed to work fine. In fact, I was impressed enough to purchase the full version of the software. Unfortunately, the software did not work, despite the fact that I am running on a very average system build (e.g. WIN XP Pro - 32Bit, MS Office 2003).
After attempting to resolve the problem myself, I emailed innobate FIVE TIMES over the course of a number of weeks to try and get some technical support. Now, FOUR WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND NO RESPONSE.
Additionally, I have requested a refund, and still no response.
THE COMPANY IS BASED IN NEW ZEALAND, AND I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM OR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!! DO NOT WASTE THE TIME OR THE MONEY!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, AND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

"Does Its Best"

Pros
It recovered the general OEM key for my Windows computer that was pre-installed with Vista and (obviously) not upgraded yet, only updated at the Microsoft Update site.
Cons
When a computer was purchased with Windows pre-loaded, and you haven't upgraded that Windows, this program recovers the general OEM key, not the individual key for that particular computer.

It recovered my Windows XP Professional Product Key and saved me money from purchasing a new Windows XP license. Great Job INNOBATE, well done.
