Version: Inkscape 0.46
"Maybe okay under Linux, but not good on PC"
Pros: Doesn't cost anything
Cons: Very buggy
Summary: This program may work okay if you're not needing to use a specific font. It's not unusual for open-source programs like OpenOffice and Inkscape and Scribus to work funny on Windows because their programmers tend to use Linux. Such have been my experiences over the past five years. You try, you see, no harm done, but I had to go back to Corel DRAW in order to get my project done. Inkscape just couldn't handle the fonts right with my windows and PC combo.
