"Excellent entry level DJing software. Recommended!"
Pros: This program has all the major facilities needed to get started in the world of MP3 DJing. It has a smart interface combined with excellent (and exclusive) facilities like per-track EQ/volume which saves and recalls EQ and Volume settings for each track. This is very useful when trying to create an equilibrium in volume and tone within your MP3 library. The Jingle pad is very useful, which enables you to select up to 10 jingles per pad and save it. There is no limit to the amount of jingles you can save.
The audio visual display is really snazzy, and the BPM matching is accurate. The auto cross-fade is nice to.
All in all, this is a very useful application, and well worth the money.
Cons: When I first downloaded this component, I installed it on my PII 333Mhz 128Mb laptop, but facilities like the auto cross-fade worked very slowly, and some of the graphics of the sliders smudged during auto-fade. But as soon as I put it on my P4 2Ghz it run perfectly and I'm sure it would happily run on a processor and memory half way between these two specs.
