This extremely basic program scans and converts files into TIFF or PDF formats. Imagistik Scan has some nice features, such as a simulated scan preview and duplex scanning. However, the conversion of TIFF files into PDF isn't customizable at all; you simply save the file in PDF format. The program also lets you rotate your document, but only at right angles. Using the thumbnails panel on the right side of the screen is somewhat confusing. If you need to share a lot of scanned documents, though, Imagistik Scan's PDF abilities might meet your needs.Publisher's description
From Informatik :Infothek Scan allows you to scan documents and save them as multipage TIFF or PDF files. It creates thumbnails images for page repositioning, grouping, deletion, and rotation. The program lets you do duplex scanning and duplex simulation, and supports barcode separator sheets. Edit options include deskewing, border removal redactions, white-out. Pages can be saved as multi-page or serialized TIFF or PDF files, and can be appended to existing TIFF files.
