"Infix is the best PDF editor that I have found."
Pros: Unlike most of the PDF editors that I have used before, including purchased ones and free ones, Infix allows you to edit all parts of a document. It is easy to use and straightforward. I recommend Infix to anyone who wants professional results.
Cons: So far I have found nothing that I dislike.
