"Read and Understand before downloading"
Pros: Nothing for me
Cons: Plan on paying for the good animation, free stuff was pretty boring to me.

"Why to avoid upgrading to Incredimail 2"
Pros: Incredimail is slick, looks great, the interface is modern and menu items shuffled around somewhat. The whole new Incredimail is great except for one glaring blunder.
Cons: For some unkown reason the Incredimail people decided to automate entries into the address book. There is no way to turn it off. This means every email sender's address is entered into the address book and has to be manually removed.
Summary: The address book blunder has ramifications that could see anti virus companies consider it a threat. Consider this. A spammer sends you an email. His/her address ends up in your address book. You recieve 50 emails from various sources and every new s... read more

"Nice Bells and Whistles. Zero customer assistance."
Pros: I like the different email backgounds, animations and sounds it offers. I also really like the notifiers.
Cons: I have it on my desk top and when I incorporated my email into it, it showed over 4000,00 emails (all old) it would not accept anymore emails. It keeps saying invalid account verification and other notices. Would LOVE to use it, but I can't.
Summary: Bottom line, if there were "real" customer assistance this problem would have been solved 7 months ago when it began. Insteadfor 7 months I have sent emails fro my laptop wishing it could have been a more colorful incredimal email. It is soo hopeless... read more

"Was fun to play with the different applications"
Pros: It was cool to see what type of animated emails you could send to most web browsers. Had a nice cartoon and glittery type of characters
Cons: If you had no problems with the program you were lucky, but soon problems begin and the support they claim to have was a JOKE! they did not even respond. removed the program and one day found a phone number to the sales dept & gave a canned response.
Summary: The lack of support is pathetic. The cool features was just that just icing. It showed a lot of promise. I found the phone number to their office this took a lot of work (I really wanted to use this program) for my business. The young lady stated th... read more

Cons: It stopped showing images
Summary: Had to uninstall it as it refused to show images in mail received despite many attempts to adjust it. read more
