"Ok, but....read Agreements carefully if you buy!"
Pros: I love Incredimail and have used the free version for years, I finally broke down and bought the email, Gold and Junk Mail Filter.
Cons: I somehow missed the part in the agreement on the Junk Mail Filter, that says they don't have to tell you they are raising the renewal price, that it's time to renew and that they will deduct the renewal price from your bank account without notice. How do you say OVERDRAW - and they don't care they just point you back to the agreement. So your bank account isn't yours when it comes to them taking money out! BEWARE!

Pros: i have ntl so it work with pop.ntlworld.com and smtp.ntlworld.com but does not work with your hotmail yahoo or live mail but if u get hotmail plus it works part from that i love incredimail it fun easy and tell you when you have mail by voice when done incredimail DOWNLOAD THIS U WILL LOVE IT SO MUCH
Cons: WOULD BE NICE IF THEY GIVE U SOME FREE SKINS

"livable, but with some issues"
Pros: It is great in a lot of ways, but could be streamlined in terms of the amount of resources it uses. Outlook comes no way near it.
Cons: My personal issue come about because more and more ISP are now securing their sites and if you use more than one provider (ADSL at home with Exetel and Wireless broadband with Vodafone when on the road) I cannot use my home Email because exetel won't let me use their email via a different provider. Outlook has a "from" line when sending emails and you can pick which email to use prior to writing one. It would be great if incredimail if incredimail had the same.

"No good for widescreen.....Don't pay for it..."
Cons: Ok first of all the software has issues if you have widescreen...it has a space at the top that looks unsightly. I paid for premium and the gold gallery and got no reply to my emails about this even though Incredimail claims to give extra fast service to paid members. That's rubbish. They didn't even answer. I paid out over $60 for this software only to have it look horrid and not work properly...and as far as the gold gallery...the content is LAME...not worth the money they ask!
Major Rip off if you ask me....I'm filing a report with Rip Off Report and the BBB over this one...sick of dealing with incredimail.
Oh and once you install the software you have to pay an extra $49.95 for the spam filter...that use to be free but once I updated the software to see if they fixed the widescreen issue after a few months....the spam filter was a 'paid add on'....
More money.....More Money....total rip off.

Pros: Sorry.
Cons: I have nothing good to say about this software. Unfortunately, I also paid for the program. You can't get your money back. You are supposed to get a higher level of support. Not. Good luck. I'm going back to my good, old Hotmail account.
